Hatch eggs for eevee and use stones to evolve them. press 0 to show the volume bar and 9 to hide it. Press the purple button to make all the Eevee you hatch shiny. If Always shiny is at 1, shinies are random. If it is at 2, all Eevee you hatch while it is at 2 will be shiny.
