Candied Walnuts ┆Vegetarian ┆Ingredients: ┆1 C. Walnut pieces ┆1/4 Granulated Sugar ┆1 Tbsp. Butter ┆2. Instructions: ┆Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add all the ┆ingredients. Stir for 4 to 5 minutes and make sure you ┆are coating all of the nuts. Immediately transfer to a ┆sheet of parchment paper and separate the nuts. Once ┆the coating hardens – about 6 minutes – and eat! :D ┆ ┆3. Chocolate Nut Pudding ┆Vegetarian/Vegan (depending on what milk you use) ┆Ingredients: ┆1/4 C. Dark Chocolate Chips ┆1 1/2 C. Milk (Any is fine, oat, cow, almond, etc.) ┆1/4 (or less, whatever you want) C. Nᴜts (walnuts, ┆peanuts, hazelnuts, etc.) ┆2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup/Honey ┆4. Instructions: ┆Heat the chocolate chips until smoothly melted. Stir ┆while slowly adding in the milk and honey/syrup. ┆Continue stirring on low heat and add in the nuts. ┆5. Notes: ┆Feel free to experiment with other ingredients, like ┆cocoa powder and fruit! ┆ ┆6. Nut Granola Bars (No-Bake) ┆Vegetarian ┆7. Ingredients: ┆1 1/2 C. Rolled Oats ┆1/4 C. Hemp Seeds ┆1/2 C. Nᴜts (Walnuts work the best, but almonds and ┆hazelnuts are fine) ┆1-2 Tbsp. Water ┆1 Tsp. Cinnamon ┆Chocolate Chips (As many as you want) ┆8. Instructions: ┆Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips into a ┆food processor and process until they stick together. ┆Push down into a bowl or container and freeze until ┆hardened. ┆9. Notes: ┆If you don't have hemp seeds, you can use chia seeds. ┆You can also swap the walnuts for sunflower seeds. ┆ ┆Facts ┆1. Sunflowers can contain more than 1,000 seeds! ┆2.
