A regular clicker game, with a count of clicks at the bottom right. Not familiar with the upside-down "2", the flipped "7", the two "6"s smushed together, or the flipped 6? There's a decimal count at the top left. By the way, these symbols you're unfamiliar with are called "argam". Do not click too fast! The argam can go out of sync with the decimal!
