Ok so in a dust storm press space to close the solar panels so they don't get damaged if your solar panels do get damaged you max battery will be reduced to 50 and you can open your solar panels when the fog is gone but the solar panels can only get damaged once so if they get damaged again you will die. And if your battery dies you also die.
Just so you know it will take some seconds for the little bad meter to go up after your solar panels are exposed to a dust storm.
