Banana Strawberry Smoothie ┆Vegetarian/Vegan (depending on what milk you use) ┆Ingredients: ┆1 1/2 C. Strawberries (frozen or fresh) ┆1 Banana (frozen or fresh) ┆1 1/2 C. Milk (Any kind. Oat milk, cow milk, almond ┆milk, etc.) ┆1/2 C. Ice cubes (Optional) ┆2. Instructions: ┆Pour the milk into a blender, then add the other ┆ingredients, and blend until smooth. Ice cubes make it ┆a bit thicker and colder. ┆ ┆3. Tropical Fruit Salad ┆Vegan ┆Ingredients: ┆2 Kiwis ┆1 to 1/2 Orange ┆Lettuce (Around 5 leaves should work, but it doesn't ┆matter) ┆1/4 Mango (Fresh mango works better, but dried is ┆fine) ┆1/2 C. Berries (Blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, ┆etc.) ┆4. Instructions: ┆Basically put it all on a plate, lol. This recipe is very ┆flexible with its ingredients and measurements, so you ┆can experiment! ┆5. Notes: ┆Mandarin oranges work well with this, but any kind is ┆fine! You could also add some pineapple on it. When ┆you're putting in the lettuce, try to stack it more, and ┆make it less on the sides of the plate, so the fruit stays ┆on it. You can also add nuts and seeds! ┆ ┆6. Berry Tart ┆Vegetarian ┆7. Ingredients: ┆1/4 C. Granola (homemade or store bought, it doesn't ┆matter) ┆1/4 C. Berries (Any kind, frozen or fresh) ┆Muffin cup (Not really an ingredient hehe) (About 1 inch ┆tall, 3 inches wide) ┆2 Tbsp. Yogurt (Any kind) (Optional) ┆8. Instructions: ┆Take a muffin cup and add in the granola at the bottom. ┆Squish it in with a spoon. Scoop in the yogurt, pressing ┆it on top of the granola. (It's fine if it gets on the side.) ┆Now add in the berries on top. If you want, you can add ┆cinnamon or sugar (or both!) on the berries. Freeze ┆until the berries feel hardened, about 40 minutes. ┆9. Notes: ┆The berries can be frozen when you put them in the ┆muffin cup already, but still freeze it so the granola ┆hardens more. If you want, you can add other fruits, ┆like mango or peaches! ┆ ┆Facts ┆1. Orange-colored fruits tend to keep your eyes ┆healthy! ┆2. Limes sink, whereas lemons float. ┆3.
