Instructions

This is probably not 100% accrue Originally created by @SafeScratcher! See below for measurement instructions! What these stats are, and how to measure them: HEART RATES: Your heart rate and exercise heart rate are how many times your heart beats per minute (measured in "beats per minute", or bpm), with and without exercise. You can measure them here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/488786214/ Or, to check your pulse at your wrist, place two fingers between the bone and the tendon over your radial artery, which is located on the thumb side of your wrist. When you feel your pulse, count the number of beats in 15 seconds. Multiply this number by four to calculate your beats per minute. BREATHING: Your breath rate is how many breaths you take per minute (measured in "breaths per minute", also sometimes called bpm). You can measure it by putting on a timer for a minute and counting how many breaths you take during it. Your max breath length is the time it takes for you to fully take the deepest breath you can. You can measure it by simply counting the amount of seconds it takes you to take as deep a breath as possible, inhaling and exhaling fully. HEIGHT/WEIGHT: You may be able to use measuring tape or a ruler to measure your height, and you may be able to use a weighing scale or weight measurement device to measure your weight. If you cannot do either of those, just make an estimate or remember measurements from the last time you were measured/weighed. For height, use a unit like feet, inches, or meters. For weight, use pounds, stone, or kilograms. SLEEP: Just put the average amount of hours you sleep per night (or an estimate), and the average time you wake up in the morning (or an estimate). GENDER/AGE: Just write you gender and age! Leave it blank if you don't want to say. BLOOD PRESSURE/BLOOD OXYGEN: You can use a blood pressure cuff or monitor to detect your blood pressure. You can use a blood oxygen monitor to detect your blood oxygen. If you do not have either of those devices, try to remember the measurements from the last time your blood pressure and blood oxygen were measured. If you cannot remember those measurements, delete the text box! COOL FACT/STAT: Think of a cool health fact or stat about yourself! WEIRD FACT/STAT: Think of a weird fact or stat about yourself - not something specifically weird about you, just really weird and useless information!
