Pet your dog to start by clicking it, that will make it happy. Then drag the food to the food bowl and fill it (take the food after it touches the bowl or it won't work). Then do the same with the water jug and bowl. Click any of the bowls if the hunger/thirst is high for the dog to eat/drink it. Then if its sleepiness is high, click the bed to put him/her to sleep.
