1. Get your paper out and cut the size you want it to be. For example: 10x15 2. Get your zip lock bag and draw the colours of your background. (I did blue and purple.) 3. Add water to bag (Note: DO NOT ADD WATER SO MUCH ONLY A BIT!!!) 4. Turn the bag quickly and spread the water colours. 5. Take off the bag. 6. Take a tissue and sponge it. 7. Let it dry. 8. You’re done!
