It's been annoying me for a while, so now we have an explanation. This guy is where the pitbull genes come from And do not call him 'Percy'. His dumb name comes from his dumb rich parents, he doesn't like it. If you must contract his name, call him 'Perce'. Oh, and there's lore here too - Koshello has a problem with elitist pedigree dog families. Percival is from one of them, he falls in love with a rottweiler, she is a character, not like a placeholder character, she just doesn't have a name yet. The rich pedigrees don't like members mixing with each other because that takes away from their power, so they have to sneak around. Tyger exists. Whoops, people find out, Percival is killed, the rottweiler is disowned. Sad times. He's a very sweet man, he owns a bookstore. Or at least, he used to.
