HAM: HOVER ASSAULT MISSILE is a missile meant for ground to ground missions. It launches from a truck and it will speed up and slow down after about 10 seconds it will launch the red cap off using small thrusters and then it will stop, as it is falling it will deploy propellers that help it float. It will be commanded by a laptop/tablet and the tablet will detect where it will go then it goes boom
