Why? It won't damage you when your touching it. It can't get hurt by spinning, but by jumping on it. Defeat it after 5 hits. Boss2: Ghost of President Gwigington: This long gone dead president of gwig city does not seem happy to see a living penguin. So, instead of happy to see someone that's alive, he want's to hurt you!
