Clicking Main Game will take you to a loading screen. When loading is complete, you should go to survivor select for further progress. Click on the thing you want to go to. In the options menu use up and down arrow keys to move around. In Time Mode, use Left and right to choose which time setting you want. Vs. Mode is unfinished.
