also his abilites are being the fastest thing in the universe can do literally everything with electricity and is immune to it ( he also has a few forms) but since hes only 16 he cant control the electrity in your and turn into it he can only do that when hes older but in the mean time he can do this stats speed (you should know this already) strength 8/10 intelligence 7/10 flexibilty 8/10 agility 8.9/10
