If you're wondering who this is, This is a character of mine known as Ruby. If you thought Plasmun was smart, you haven't seen ANYTHING yet. I simply need a vector sprite of her.
Sapphire is a guard to ruby since she can't exactly fight. she CAN however make machinery, find solutions, etc. Sapphire Can bust through SOLID STEEL. He's also been known to Use his signature Attack, Hyper Hurricane. Like Spikester, This is not meant to be a Mixels Character. Sure, he's based off of one in terms of looks, but he has a COMPLETELY different kind of story, style, and personality.
