Og share date: Feb 12 2022 "Maybe I've finally reached the point of no return" SPOILER WARNING FOR MAR 1 (21) ON DREAM SMP & BEFORE & BLOOD & DEATH WARNING AT END SCREEN If you want to avoid it, just stop the project the word away starts to fade out Anyway, I made this in about 3 hours because I had a lot of motivation. I absolutely love this animated meme and I've always wanted to do a memix of it. Then I got caught up on the dream smp lore and realized it fit Tommy and Dream. I had that idea in my head for a while but didn't actually make the meme because I had no clue how to draw short hair. Then I figured out how to draw short hair and made the Level of Concern meme ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/637071832/ ) in about an hour, then created this. The Level of Concern meme was about Tommy's exile, now this meme is about Tommy being trapped in prison with Dream. I might make a meme about Tommy and Dream with the more modern lore, and then I'll have all three. I am really proud of this and had a lot of fun making it. I started with the Dream part at the beginning. One small detail I really like is the puppeteer strings that Dream is holding, that are attached to Tommy. I've seen it in dream smp animatics on youtube, and I thought it would be interesting symbolism if I did it myself. I also had Dream's facial expressions kinda show up through his mask because I wanted to make him look evil and stuff. I really like that evil grin at the end of the first scene. In the second scene, it has Tommy being terrified, with the puppeteer strings of course. In the "i can see the beast getting closer" part I showed the Dream mask, obviously, and also made the scene in general more green, since Dream is green. In the third scene it's after Tommy dies, the last frame in the second scene being right before Tommy dies. It has Dream with the revival book appearing, and out of laziness I just took an image from google instead of drawing it myself lol. In the end screen, I drew Dream in the cell after killing Tommy, Tommy's corpse laying on the floor while Dream reads the revival book. Tommy's angst is probably my favorite part of the dream smp, and it's ridiculous how much Dream torments Tommy, but it sure makes a good plot. Dream is a fascinating character, with how much of a psychopath he is. He loves to watch other people suffer, most notably Tommy. I actually have a headcanon about Dream that he wanted revenge on Tommy because Tommy destroyed George's house, so he made Tommy get exiled and manipulated him in exile, but somewhere during exile realized it isn't even about George anymore and that he just likes to manipulate people. In my headcanon before Dream realized he liked manipulating people, he just did it as to get what he wants, like manipulating Tubbo into exiling Tommy. But then Dream's true psychopath came out and he made that bunker to collect everything anyone cared about. He also made the prison to put Tommy in. Then he brought Tommy to that mountain and made him chose between his discs and Tubbo, and made him watch Tubbo put all his stuff in a hole, probably because Dream knew it would be more traumatic for Tommy then just burning the stuff, as that's what he did during exile. When Dream showed Tubbo and Tommy the bunker, that was when I realized how truly helpless Tommy was against Dream. Before that, I always had a small part of me that wondered if Dream was in the right, just getting revenge on an annoying child, but after that, any trace of sympathy or understanding for Dream went away. Eventually Dream ended up in prison, and that was the most peaceful time of Tommy's life, when his biggest problem was getting enough resources for Sam Nook to build his hotel. Then when Tommy went into the prison to tell Dream that he was over it now, he got trapped in the prison with Dream, and I'm still not sure who caused those explosions. Then Dream tried to manipulate Tommy, and when that didn't work, he just killed Tommy. Then he revived Tommy and tried to manipulate him again. Eventually Tommy got out but he was a lot more traumatized. FROM NOW ON THEIR WILL BE SPOILERS FOR EVERYTHING UP TO THE DAY WHEN THIS PROJECT IS SHARED Dream should be dead, but somehow he managed not to die even with every attempt when someone tried to kill him. Tommy tried to kill him twice, Sam was going to kill him, and Quackity was going to kill him, but none of those attempts worked. Even though Tommy and Sapnap are trying to hunt him I think that he'll always find a way to escape unless we get a repeat of the prison situation.
