EDIT: removed sound because scratch team Hello, Yesterday we started a new unit in science. This new unit is biodiversity. Our teacher began showing us a documentary called David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet (which I highly recommend). Where David Attenborough, explains biodiversity and how we are loosing it. (if you are sensitive to sad things dont read on) Today we continued watching it and saw coral reefs dying because of climate change, orangutans loosing their homes just so people could plant palm trees to make palm oil. Palm oil is very cheep and easy to harvest, and it is used in many things. You might think, whats bad with planning a couple of trees? They cut down, whole rainforests, which by the way, most of the animals on the planet live in. They chop down trees where animals live, they cut down their homes, just so we can have palm oil. Animals in the past have gone extinct because of us, and it is now our turn to repay the land.
