9/11/21: neo mod got update a few days ago. The sprites are amazing and all, but one problem. The bf neo sprites are different than in the gif of the leaked sprites(the sprites in this project). this isn't gonna be counted as unofficial, since this is official, but this is just gonna be count as "old". I will make a new project with the new sprites stay tuned. Spam flag INComplete Vector Trace of Neo Boyfriend Redesign! Still a wip though, I couldn't find the misses and death (Arrow keys, M, Space) The hair would look cooler if scratch has a way of making things glow. Gradient would make the hair look worse.
