I am planning on adding this rhotic diacritic to shorthand all the rhotic vowels in Alphabest because Aircat (@AlfabetonsOfficial) inspired me to add the upper hook on top of the vowel letters in Alphabest. This is similar to Phonscript having a rhotic hook to shorthand all the rhotic vowels.
