In Legends of Lupiria, a demon basically tricked her into bonding with it after the explosion, on the night of her family's death. All died except Crystal, Ghostcaller's sister. Ghostcaller was closely monitored by The Shadow for years, making sure she remembered nothing of her life with her family. Ghostcaller's powers are not common, and The Shadow liked to "collect" these kind of rare wolves. It didn't usually bond with them, but Ghostcaller was weak enough for The Shadow to do it (Because a wolf literally exploded in her face, she was chucked off a cliff, then nearly drowned, doesn't that sound nice lol). So, what I'm trying to say is- Ghostcaller went through a lot, I mean- she lost her family for in a day, nearly drowned, got controlled by some creepy smokey wolf, lost all her memories, regained them, a;dlkfjaldkjfa;ldkfj yeah. She also never had freedom. She couldn't do anything without being watched, she sometimes couldn't control her own movements because The Shadow would control her instead.
I just wanted to draw her being happy and relaxed for once. And- she's free. She can do things on her own without a creepy wolf watching her or controlling her TwT This isn't the first time I've done it though!
