The dogly-ness shows up more in Pebble, the brown eyes and spots. Pebble can shape any rock to any size and shape he wants, Ripple can make water (shiny, rippley water that tastes really good) but since their ears were normal, they got to stay. if four-leaf's eyes had been different, she would possibly be with her brother and sister in the tribe. If her brother's ears were down, like Four-leaf's are, he would have been kicked out too, because brown eyes aren't normally a wolf eye color.
