In Episode 5 (Which hasn't released yet) The 3 main characters go in the fridge to eat for a midnight snack, Stitch can still eat as a ghost so he gulps the apple down into his stomach. Hacker already fell asleep after searching who was the imposter. Still, no one was ejected. So the two cats went to bed. If you see that Stitch is fading, he is a ghost, he was killed in Episode 2. But still in the original Cat Stories, he is not a ghost, so you are just roughing around that they are playing Among Us, not acting up.
