basically just bitmap kit with 2.0 pallete and no mouth but i wanted to do a thing so
the idea i had is that dingle looked like he was from an old game that you would have on like a windows xp so i tried to make cat dingle (katle, idk) to look like he was from scratch 2.0/1.0.
