TURBOWARP BAD! too lazy to put instructions here bc yes ok here are the ACTUAL rules the first person to join a country has to be the capital. then, they name the country AND the capital. the others can choose any region. the other regions are a bit like puppet states (except they are not puppet states), you can tell them what to do, e.g. where to attack, but they are free to do what they wish if the capital approves. bossy/over-restrictive capitals will be replaced. also there are map types: 1 is normal 2 is availability (if a place is white it has been claimed) 3 is region ids 4 is das landbälle
