[Fully upgraded] no difference. 3.Upgrader-Upgrades ur kart so u can use upgraded versions of power ups! 4.Freeze ball-Freezes player. [Upgraded version] Effects last longer. 5.Fire ball-Eliminates player using fire. [upgraded version] No difference. 6.Sheild-Purple Puts a sheild over player. Orange [Upgraded version] Lasts longer. 7.Flash-Blinds players and makes them slow. [Upgraded version] Lasts longer. 8.Bombs-Bomb-Makes explosions.
