Recipe below ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The recipe: Ingredients: - 400 grams of chocolate paste - 6 eggs - 140 grams of flour - 200 grams of butter - 160 grams of sugar - Powdered sugar How to make it: Step 1: Melt the butter and add the chocolate paste. Mix it. Step 2: Beat the egg yolk with the sugar. Then add the previous mixture and mix. Step 3: Sift the flour. Step 4: Beat the egg white till it has a stiff peak. Step 5: Add the sifted flour and the beaten egg white to the chocolate mixture. Step 6: Spray a cake mold with butter. Pour the mixture in the mold and bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees (Celsius). Step 7: Take the cake out of the oven and remove the mold. Sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar, and you're ready to serve! Enjoy it!
