Pico as he appears in Pico Vs. Bear DX, A Newgrounds Flash Game Remake of Pico Vs. Bear, A Official Pico game. the DX variant is fan-made. But I like how Pico's art style looks very simple and almost fits with Scratch's Preset vectors, So I wanted to make this vector. Use with Credit.
