The Watcher is to be contained in a concrete room with one observation window. The glass must have absolutely no cracks in it. if there are any cracks in the window, be sure to never blink when looking at it. The Watcher is something we know nothing about, exept for how it takes it's pray. If looked at, The Watcher will wait for the person looking at it to blink, then proceed to take the eyes of said person, although it is safe to look at through glass.
