I made this OC in school, and decided to remake it on Scratch. It's basically his same pencil self, but in vector. Also, I made it EXTREMELY EASY TO RESIZE THIS CHARACTER! All the line sizes are the same so it's easy to resize this character when you animate it. I'll call him...Pencil Jim!
