This is Fern Emerald, the mother of the Emerald twins. I had a concept for her a long time, but I didn't feel like designing her until yesterday, when I decided to name her Fern! I don't know if I have any projects planned for her, but this is what she looks like. Fun fact: Fern is best friends with Cosmo's mother. Art and character belong to @ruby-animation
