Any offer you make more than 1.5x the value you bought it for, (For Example 3 Billion value to 5 Billion value) It won't be bought by anyone as it is too expensive. In a nutshell its kinda an afk game. you wait for a good offer or you offer. if you buy something for 1B, then you can only sell it for a max of 1.5B. and if you bought it for 2B you can only sell it for 3B maximum. The time you have to wait for an offer to come scales with the size of your offer (the more gems the more time).
