I had to use a base for this because there were absolutely no vectors of Rattata! This is 402. When 404 was hostile, 402 was sent out to battle 404 and save his trainer. Sadly, he lost and got corrupted. He is still like himself and sees himself as a secret agent or spy and for a reason. He is very stealthy and can see in the dark. He likes holding stuff with his Aipom tail that he got after he was corrupted.
