Instructions

He was about a quarter of a mile into Gehhena, and he only just started realizing how bad of an idea this was. He didn't even get a sword style yet. He couldn't do magic yet. He sighed, and then sat down and looked around. He was in a thick entangle of trees, with dark brown oak, and stretched high into the air. A couple of curious fairies came up to him but he shooed them away. The more he looked around, the more he realized that he had never been outside the kingdom. He had to train on his own. He took out the training book for finding a style. There was no information on where to find it. He went to the river. No pull in his gut like the book described. He went and climbed up a tree. Again, I guess his style wasn't wind. He tried, and tried again, ALL of the common styles. So he moved on to the uncommon. Then the rare. And after that, he gave up. Maybe he wasn't supposed to be a warrior after all. There was only the legendary section left, and there was no way he could be Legendary. After all, he had just ran away from a bully. He was a coward. If he had the Legendary, he would be more fit for it. More calm. He tried them all anyway. To no avail. He continued to trudge along the forest. He only met docile creatures for the first couple of hours, but when it turned night, there were eyes, peering at him from every bush and tree. One time, there was a massive spider that he hid from behind a tree, and only came out of the hiding spot when he heard it scuttle away. He killed a couple of Flumphs, (docile creatures that float around like octopuses in the night,) and then cooked them. It had been two days. On the 3rd day, he came to a clearing in the woods, that was a massive waterfall, pouring into a lake. There was a wooden kayak parked at a dock on the lake. He decided, why the hell not. He clambered into the small watercraft, and started rowing across the lake. As he got closer to the waterfall, a roar of a sound started to fill his ears. In front of the waterfall, was a massive rock. He decided to sit down, and eat some breakfast. He stuck his hand into the water, waiting for a fish to swim by. It was half an hour before he felt something. *SNATCH*. As quick as lightning, he grabbed the fish straight out of the water. It was squirming and shaking, so with one hand, he unsheathed his sword and skewered the fish.

Description

He caught two more, and made a fire on the rock, with his sword over it and grilled the fish one his sword. After two, not bad, but burnt fish, he put the third in a bag for later, and tossed the bones back into the water. The only thing that could ruin this day is if a giant sea monster came out of the lake. He doubted it, but it sure was possible. He got ready for bed and decided to sleep on the boat. Another dreamless night passed, and he got up and looked around. And almost screamed in horror surrounding him, in the middle of the lake, was a fleet of boats, with men and women wearing masks. Some were holding swords, others bows. He quickly ducked back into his boat. He unsheathed his sword again and peered over the edge of his small boat. The people were starting to get closer. Almost in an instant, Fox heard them shout something and then all the people on board rose up. They were flying! Breathing heavily, Fox quickly scrambled out of his boat. He jumped on top of the rock, and started backing up towards the roaring waterfall. The closer he backed up, the more of the flying people came on his rock. Suddenly, he bumped into something behind him. He whirled around. There was a figure in a brown cloak, with a hood above their head. They were wearing combat boots, and had a dagger on their belt. The figure stood in front of him. “Why don't you pick on someone your own strength, eh?” the figure said, with slight bravado. He flicked his hand, and suddenly, there was a shining, transparent, red hunting knife in their hand. They flicked his other hand, and a transparent red chain appeared. One of the people in masks shouted: “Get him!” and they all charged at the figure. As quick as flash. He jumped back, said a few weird words, and suddenly, chains started to sprout from the ground, in that same transparent red color. Some of them strangled the people. Others simply held them and tossed them into the water. It was a very odd sight. People being killed and flung by chains. There was one last person in about 2 minutes. He walked back, and unfortunately for him, right into a chain. “SNAP!” The chain immediately shot up and snapped his neck, then tossed the body into the lake. Disturbed, Fox cringed. “Well, I guess they weren't my power.” the hooded figure gloated. Then they pulled down their hood, and Fox gasped.
