Rockman CX, also known as Mega Man CX, is a clone of Mega Man that Dr. Wily created during his second campaign for world domination. CX was sent to defeat Dr. Light's army of eight robot ma-... wait. That's not how it happened! In reality, his origins are very murky and dubious at best. Some say his story was just Wily propaganda while others claim it to be a corrupted retelling of the events of the second game. No one can say for certain.
