This is obviously a remix of my example project Super Simple Scripted Scrolling Scenery. Something is missing in this project... This could be a game... This is a Wondrous Winterland Wanting Willing Wemixer ;) Maybe add your OC skating on the ice. Maybe add some snow falling. All code by me (@kriblo).
