Sir Anchor Mann is a Television-humanoid Hybrid, of unknown origins, though not hostile, if threatened, he could emit a high frequency sound from his speaker, thus causing his enemy to loose consciousness. Despite this, his usual personality can be described as Laid back, and quite likeable. He usually speaks in a very posh British accent. (His head is based off a Television built around the 1940s)
