This is the fountain of the Kingdom Of Laraerith. On the top of the fountain resides the King of this land, Hallsteinn Quintilianus O'Connell. King O'Connell never shows his face to the public and usually wears a hooded cloak in public. On the second tier are the kings favorite guards Nick Dell Tash (Right) and Lexa Ophelia Richard (Left). Both still serve his Mysteriousness to this day as the heads of the Royal Guards of Laraerith (R.G.L). Finally on the bottom tier are the Kings Muses, Suna O'Wise (Left) and her sister, Marlis O'Wise (Right). Both of them haunt the castle of O'Connell after both dying of injury at 75. People say they live in their old room in the castle. All of the tiers of the fountain have a name. The bottom is called "The Sophicalation" Which, in the language of these people, means Inspirational music. The middle tier is called "The Tier of Wisdom". The top tier is called "The Constellational Being of Leadership".
Every year the King will come down into the Centre of Laraerith and bless the water with a piece of his cloak. It is believed that his cloak will bring infinite amounts of the water to the city and with that, good luck.
