I used FL Studio for this one. MX's/Mario.EXE's voice is Blantados' Mario voice given Sonic.EXE's effects. His laughter is a clip from the Super Mario World cartoon (Specifically, I think it's from Mama Luigi) where he laughs at Luigi because he adopted a Baby Yoshi, lowered in pitch alone by about 3, 4, 5, or 6 semitones. I don't remember how many exactly but it's around 3-6 semitones. I used a two minute loop of the scene (specifically, it looping Mario's laughter, with the part before the laughter at the start there of course) for ease of use. The length is the same as normal, the official Too Slow FLP was used, and the only voice line in the song is as follows: "MAMA Luigi?
