After the failure of his first film company Cascade Films(1984-1990), the filmmaker Jalai Kalqon (1970-alive) opens a new company named Play Agency Inc. Play Agency was one of the biggest CD20 film distributors during the 90s, the company was merged into StudioCanal in 2009. StudioCanal now owns the rights of the company, and Jalai Kalqon started another company which is a subsidiary of Falan Films named "Pegasus Vision".
