Plasma is pretty much like a Metalix personality guy. He's a conquerer type guy. He also controls, you guessed it, Plasma. Chrono is a chillax dude and is pretty nimble. he can mess a bit with time, allowing him to timeloop, teleport, and actually do damage with 'time type' attacks, like trapping somebody in an hourglass or firing time energy projectiles.
