Exit the stairwell and open the door. Huggy's arm is a lever that will lock the door then you can exit the room. go to the room on the left and then travel to the right and enter the vents. In the vents always click the vent on the right until through. don't open the door you must go in the door on the left. wait until the enter button has appeared and try not to let Huggy get to close to you. click on the tape recording under the cart to play it once done watching you can enter the next room. use the Grabpack to hit the shadow of Huggy then enter the next room. go up the ladder. enter the vent and grab the key and exit. now you can go to the left and wait...
