Shake the battery to get more. The more you shake it, the more you get! If the lights are on, you gain sanity but if they are off, you lose sanity. If you run out, Pico moves forward a room and you lose battery. Turn on the radio by clicking it to gain a lot of sanity, but lose battery. If you are looking at Pico, you lose sanity.
