I will not say by who or to who, but racism and bullying is TERRIBLE. Think, if you have pale skin and you were placed in a darker skinned country for school, you would be the odd one out. YOU might get teased about your skin colour. Think about it the other way round. THINK: How many black skinned people are there in your year? (Depends on how old you are).
