Heyo! so A LOT of people just started randomly dropping follows so uh ig I'll make a rotating DTA/OTA to keep them happy??? What is an rotating DTA/OTA? DTA stands for Draw To Adopt meaning to earn the character you must draw them- but uh MANY people are gonna enter for the same character (in most dta's at least XD) so I would have to judge all entries to see who's the winner :,) OTA stands for Offer To Adopt pretty much means you offer art or money (depending on the host of the OTA and what they want) and if the host likes your offer/art/whatever they will accept you. then uh you complete the payments and then ta-da! the character is yours! :D Rotating would just mean it uh rotates? idk XD sorta like for one month certain characters would be available and then the next month those characters will close and it will change characters :P the best I can explain lol for this rotating ota/dta I don't have a posting schedule ^^" Rules! in "[ ]" it will say which one that rule applies to :3 - no bribing or guilt tripping [DTA + OTA] - don't no lowballing or highballing (lowballing: 1 headshot // highballing: 100 fullbodies) [OTA] - don't offer/enter stolen, traced, recoloured, copied or heavily referenced art >n< (DTA + OTA) - don't offer for a dta character lol (DTA) - don't draw a ota character XD (OTA) - credit me if you win my character ^^ (DTA + OTA) - uh I do have a ToS and I'm not gonna link it (cuz lazy) but you can find it on my main @Chefpuppy1566 if you wanna be extra prepared for what you can do with the characters lol (but I'm saying most of the things here soo....) [DTA + OTA] - don't try to win the characters for reselling/retrading purposes >n< (DTA +OTA) - no bases! (DTA + OTA [unless base custom or somthing]) - no picrew, gacha or any icon creators :,] - entering for the character does NOT mean you win it!!!
