Just watch the bootiful physics, maybe look in the code to learn more about how it works Mess with the sliders to change properties. Ball size doesn't do all that much besides change ball size (and maybe make it bonk a bunch). Gravity changes the gravitational constant of the simulation. If you change a parameter, you might need to click the green flag again to unbreak physics.
