I see you are on this game. These are the instruction's, the red beachball with multiple dots in it gives you 5 points. The beachball with a big red eye subtracts 5 points from you. And the beachball that has white gives you 1 point. Also the beachballs move quite fast so be quick and click on them fast. Click on the beachballs to gain points. That is all there is on this simple game.
