Hello! I basically remixed @_A-Guy_'s Windows 7 Simulator and made some of it look like Windows 8.1. I even added a song to the Windows Media Player. One thing I didn't feel like changing was the Windows 7 theme, so I just left it like that. But it's ok, just think of this simulator as Windows 8.1 but with the Windows 7 theme.
