So, turns out that the "when up/down arrow pressed" headers also respond to the scroll wheel on your mouse! Experiment, have fun, and backpack! Scroll bar responds to mouse scroll wheel, up/down arrows, dragging the scrollbar, and dragging list touchscreen style; move mouse to upper left corner to view settings
