Credits: Stage music by me, Rotor Man art and pattern by me. Weapon: Rotor Dash A propeller/turbine like Rotor Man's appears behind Mega Man, and he dashes forwards, also creating an air funnel projectile behind himself. The player can dash for longer if they hold down X, but it uses up more weapon energy the longer they do so. Mega Man doesn't fall while using it. RM Info: Rotor Man was made to manage an advanced wind turbine design made by a (unnamed) scientist. He also has the wind turbine design built into his back to run tests. The turbine is incredibly efficient and creates extraordinary amounts of energy. Rotor Man's back turbine takes advantage of this, and uses it to power him. Possible Dialogue Lines (If needed): Fight Begins: You've come this far. Impressive. But it will take all your skill just to survive the fury of my rotors! Defeated: My blades... spinning... to a stop (then he goes kablooey)
