When he came to Pro. Oaks lab to get a Pikachu it was gone! So pro. Oak gave him a pichu egg Tails walked for a long time until it hatched to a LVL. 5 Pichu he walked with it and levelled it up so it evolved into and Pikachu! (This is fun little project Add your self reacting to tails pichu evolving into thunder remember hes no older than 8)
