How to be a creep. This I compares the timestamp (which is the same everywhere) and current hour (which is local). Tell me if it works, I wasn't willing to cross state lines to test this lol. I rounded DST dates to the nearest month so this might be inaccurate right around then. Does not include places that are a half-hour off. Credit to @NickyNouse plz.
